Why guests choose Dubai Marina
Towers, water, and restaurants open late. Dubai Marina is the address guests pick when they want energy — a packed promenade, beach clubs a short walk away, and a yacht-charter dock at the end of the block. It's the most walkable corner of new Dubai, and the easiest to love on a first visit.
A day in the Marina
Start with a flat white along the promenade, swim at JBR before the midday heat, then retreat to your tower's pool. As the temperature drops, the Marina comes alive: sunset drinks at Pier 7, dinner on the water, and a slow walk past the superyachts. Bluewaters and Ain Dubai — the world's tallest observation wheel — are a ten-minute stroll over the footbridge.
Where to stay
The marina is a horseshoe of towers wrapped around the water. Units facing the basin put the promenade and yachts below your balcony; higher, skyline-facing floors are calmer and catch the sunset over the Palm. Whatever the view, you're never more than a few minutes from the tram, the metro, or the sand.
Good to combine
- A sunset yacht charter straight from the marina basin.
- A chef-at-home dinner after a beach day.
- An easy tram hop to Bluewaters for Ain Dubai at night.
Good to know before you book
The questions guests ask us most about Dubai Marina.
- Is Dubai Marina good for a first trip to Dubai?
- It's our most popular pick for first-timers — walkable, full of restaurants, a tram and two metro stations, and a 10-minute stroll to the beach at JBR.
- How far is the beach?
- JBR Beach is a 10–15 minute walk from most marina towers, with beach clubs, watersports, and The Beach mall right there.
- Is it noisy?
- The promenade is lively into the evening. Higher floors and units facing the skyline rather than the marina basin are quieter — ask your concierge.
