Our story
Built to close the gap between a listing and a stay
We founded Elite Vacations DXB because Dubai deserved better than what short-let was becoming.
In 2020 the city was flooded with individual Airbnb hosts, inconsistent quality, and a generation of guests who arrived hoping for a hotel and got a cluttered one-bed. Elite Vacations exists to close that gap — curated residences in the neighbourhoods guests actually want, staffed with a concierge team that replies on WhatsApp in minutes.
We're DTCM-licensed, VAT-registered, and every property on our roster is photographed by a professional real-estate shoot before it goes live. We don't take listings we can't deliver on.
The goal isn't volume — it's repeat stays. Half of our guests book their second trip within nine months of the first.
