Within an hour of booking, your dedicated concierge messages you on WhatsApp with check-in instructions, the building address, and a direct line for anything you need before arrival.
Pre-arrival shopping, on us
Tell us what you'd like waiting in the fridge — water, fruit, breakfast for the kids, a bottle of something for date night — and we'll have it in the home before you walk in. Cost-only, no markup.
Airport transfer, arranged
Luxury vehicle pickup from DXB or DWC, flat fares quoted up front. Add it to any booking and your driver tracks the flight — no waiting, no surge pricing, no taxi queue.
Early check-in, when we can
Standard check-in is 3:00 PM. If the home is free, we'll get you in earlier — often the night before. We confirm 24 hours out so you can plan.
Arrival day
Met at the door, walked through the home, settled in 15 minutes
A member of our team meets you at the building (or the villa gate) at your scheduled check-in time. We hand over keys, walk you through everything that matters — Wi-Fi, AC, kitchen, balcony lock, building amenities — and stay long enough to answer questions. Then we leave you to it.

Departure

Standard check-out is 12:00 noon. Late check-out can usually be arranged depending on the next booking — we confirm 24 hours before. On the day, leave the keys on the kitchen counter and head out. Your security deposit is released within seven days, assuming no damages.
Late check-out, when possible
Just ask — we confirm based on the next arrival.
Airport drop-off
Same flat fares as arrival. Pre-book and your driver is at the door at the right time.
Deposit returned in 7 days
Pre-authorisation released to your card automatically once the home is inspected.
